Terms of Service

By accessing or using Darewale (the “Service”), including our game modes such as Love Dare, Friends Dare, and Bestie Dare, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Darewale. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
• By using the Service you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with them.

2. Accounts & Registration

• To access certain features you must create an account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at support@darewale.com.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using Darewale you must follow these rules. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Service for illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Uploading, sharing, or promoting content that is abusive, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other users’ accounts, data, or the Service infrastructure (hacking, scraping, reverse engineering).
• Using bots, cheats, or automation to manipulate gameplay, leaderboards, or metrics.
• Impersonating other users or providing false information.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Darewale — including graphics, text, game designs, and trademarks — is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
• You retain ownership of original content you create and upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content on Darewale, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify that content to operate and improve the Service, and to promote it on our platforms.
• You represent that you own or have the rights to any User Content you post and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

5. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

If Darewale offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, you agree to pay applicable fees. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and is subject to their terms. Refunds are granted only in accordance with our refund policy or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAREWALE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DAREWALE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe harms us or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by following the account deletion process in settings or contacting support.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Darewale and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services (payment processors, social networks, analytics). These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their actions or policies.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top reflects when these Terms were last revised.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. If any dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at support@darewale.com so we can try to resolve it amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled according to applicable law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Darewale regarding the Service.
